Meet Our Founder
After 15 dedicated and highly successful years working in the field of childcare, my own passion for “a job well done”, has led me to launch my own bespoke nanny matchmaking service – Raising Little People.
My past experience has taken me from Nursery Nurse to Private Nanny / PA, working alongside numerous families. Alongside this I had the great opportunity to support day nurseries in their day to day management. Later in my career, I progressed into a senior role within the corporate world to support the nanny sector.
In time, I came to realise that the years of experience I have from both aspects of modern childcare options (being both the nanny and then the service provider) gave me a unique and mutually beneficial set of skills in knowing which nanny would most suit which family.
I believe there is no greater responsibility than supporting a family in raising their children and to fulfil their own specific ideas of happy, healthy, successful and well-balanced children. To do this families need the “right fit” based on more than a one-off interview, with a “one size fits all” attitude. This is where Raising Little People will provide a bespoke and tailored fit of parent/child/nanny.
