6.2 When acting as a Client you agree that the Instructions given to NannyMatchers being made available on the Website and Platform for the purposes of marketing and in order to find suitable Candidates for the Client.
NannyMatchers will only share the Client’s full name, address and contact details with a Candidate once the Client requested (orally, in writing or electronically) to interview this Candidate.

6.3 If you are already our registered Client or Candidate, we will only contact you electronically about Services similar to what we provided for you in the past.

6.4 If you are a new Client, you will only be contacted if you agree to it.

6.5 We may keep a record of those links which are used the most to enable us to provide the most helpful information but we agree to keep such information confidential and you will not be identified from this information.

6.6 In addition, if you don’t want us to use your personal data for any of the other reasons set out in this section in 6, you can let us know at any time by contacting us at Insert e mail address, and we will delete your data from our systems. However, you acknowledge this will limit our ability to provide the best possible Service.
